You must provide an email address when ordering.This is how you will send your pet photo to me and how we will stay in contact. If no email is listed, your order will be cancelled.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from me (stokedembers.stone@gmail.com) within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). If you order on a weekend, expect your email on Monday.
In this confirmation email, I’ll ask you to send the photo you’d like me to reference. (If you have multiple pets you'd like a One-Pet design of, please order the correct quantity and I will ask you for a photo of each pet.) We’ll stay in contact via email throughout the process for any further questions or updates.
Production Time:
Once we confirm what photo(s) I’ll be using, production time takes anywhere between 2-3 weeks. After I have completed the artwork, you will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know your order is on the way.
